Gekkou's powers manifested themselves at the age of 14; the ability to utilize the atomic motion within his molecules to propel his body at superhuman speeds, theoretically reaching lightspeed. His speed has granted him reflexes even to the point of running speeds faster than mach 8, actually traveling 2.5km/sec. He met a hero named Centrum Field, who became a friend on a number of battles, and eventually introduced Gekk to his supergroup, The Enforcement Group, led by the legendary trio of Adorai, Electrilyte, and Flame Quake. He blended in with his new team quite nicely, and fights along side of them, using his speed to help them. He has since been promoted to Officer status. Although feeling pressured and doubting his abilities as the first officer, he tries his best. --August 07, 2006-- Gekkou came face to face with one of Recluses Generals, Captain Mako. A mutant like Gekkou, Gekk tried to reach out to himm and bring his anger to a stop. The small talk only last but so long, and Gekk and the team he was leading defeated Mako, earning Gekkou the Shark Hunter badge. (Ghost Widow also died in the battle when trying to help Mako, earning Gekkou the Poltergeist badge).
