Title: Inactivity Policy - Guildie Opinions

As I hope you are aware, our SG has reached the character occupancy limit a while back, and to allow for the continued expansion of the SG we have come up with a number of solutions: One of these solutions was to kick inactive players from the guild. After nearly a month since this policy went into effect we are starting to see the divide between active and inactive players. Currently the Enforcement Group will remove a character who has reached 31+ days of inactivity with few exceptions for people who have planned vacations or absenses.

Do you think we should amend this? I'm even fine with moving less active players into the Legends SG to make a "Prime SG out" of the Enforcement Group. What does everyone else think?

I think 31+ days is way too long. Shorten it down to 20 or so days. With the way this SG recruits, we are always full.

That is a good idea, though, to put the less active players into the other SG. I'm not sure how many members are a part of it right now, but it would still make things more manageable.

On a side not, i don't think all the Lv.50's should migrate to the other SG, you should still have some in The Enforcement Group so new members don't think we are a newbie guild.

I think the fact that Elec, myself and fire flasher will be staying in this SG and the fact that hopefully everyone in the other SG will talk on coalition like I force this SG to do, it will not be noticeable, especially if we are telling them that that is what Legends is. But thats just me....

Hmmmm, i agree totally with S Now on this one. and uh dont know what else to say. S Now pretty much summed it up...

I think with the way things are and are going we will not see people getting up to 31 days much (or even 20 days) anymoredo to having the first one in place, right now you can already see a divide and I think it will continue to be that way, maybe shortening it for members who are joining now, or who are getting on now, but let those who are already getting close to 20 stay on the old rule to give them thier last chances to sign in before the change is forced on them.

As of the beginning of this month we implemented the 20 day inactivity policy, those who joined after that date will be subject to it, however those who joined before that date are not-yet-on Sept. 1st the 20 day policy will go into effect for everyone so be prepared.

Just to let it be known, we have now started the 21 day inactivity policy for all members who joined in August and beyond. In the coming month this policy will be in effect for all members.
